The Parker Suite a queen suite with a private bathroom and a small work area with a desk. A spacious closet will accommodate a business traveler. A wonderful porch leading off of the Parker Suite provides a private entrance, as well as access to green space. It's a great room to be off to yourself and get some work done. This is a fantastic room for a writer who needs a retreat space.

Duke Suite

The Duke Suite is named for one of our favorite friends who lived at Holley House when it was a retirement home, Mrs. Pauline Duke. Mrs. Duke had a gorgeous collection of Fostoria glassware, and had some beautiful antiques that survived the Great Flood of 1929. She lived simply, elegantly, and would appreciate this smaller queen room. It has a lovely bathroom directly across the hall that boasts a large closet and ample counterspace to spread out all of your grooming and hair care items. It is appointed with original art and antique furnishings, and as always, it has a luxurious Holley House bed.

Elouise Suite

This spacious room is designed to accommodate our guests who require an ADA compliant suite. The king bed is appointed with an original Holley House door that we found in the walls as its headboard. The leather recliner is also a remote-controlled lift chair for those who might need a little extra help getting up and down. The bathroom has a hand-held shower as well as a speakman six setting shower head. Equipped with decorative rails and a marble bench, this exquisite bathroom has a zero-threshold shower where you can walk or roll into the best shower of your life!

The Sweeney Suite is named after Mary Margaret Matilda Sweeney Henley, our great, great Grandmother. Two rooms were combined into one to create this oversized suite with two queen beds. Relaxing chairs and large dresser provide plenty of storage.

The Henley suite is great for a girls' getaway weekend or two friends traveling together. Two luxurious Holley House beds, a bar sink, microwave, and frig make it easy for travelers to save a walk downstairs. The large den down the hall is a great place to watch movies with your family or tell stories and laugh until your face hurts. The Holley House Bed & Breakfast
The Holley House Bed and Breakfast was originally built in 1906 by the Lovelace family as a wedding gift to Mr. Lovelace’s daughter and her husband. In 1936, it was purchased by Dr. A. F. Holley and became known as the Holley Hospital, the first hospital in Escambia County. Seven generations of the Holley and Henley families have played in this yard, walked these halls, ived in these rooms, and cooked in this kitchen.
Every baby during WWII that wasn’t delivered at home in the surrounding area, was delivered here- the post-war boom kept the nursery full. Once the hospital closed and Dr. A. F. Holley moved into private practice in the 1950’s, Holley House was re-purposed as an apartment building for nearly 30 years. After an extensive remodel in 1988, Lenis Holley opened Holley House as a retirement home.
Currently owned and operated by Dr. and Mrs. Holley’s daughter, Deborah George and her husband, Kermit George, Holley House has undergone a four-year renovation involving blood, sweat, and tears. From floor joists to roof, the entire house has been remodeled. There is a new aqua lift elevator to accommodate those who struggle with the stairs.

Beautiful walking trails near the creek. Skateboard ramps, and great picnic spots for family and friends.
- E.O. Wilson Nature Trail
The “E. O. Wilson Nature Adventure Trail” is a component of the park with the same name. The park is dedicated to promoting the native species of south Alabama plants, insects, and animals. This nature adventure park, and trail, is located within the city limits of Brewton, Alabama. It borders the historic Burnt Corn Creek, which flows through the city limits of Brewton. The current trail is still in the process of further development, but has already been discovered by both residents and visitors of Brewton.
The trails consist of natural terrain that will be developed for future events and runs. The length of the trail through the park is now 1.8 miles, with plans to expand and join with three other city parks; O’Bannon Park, Jennings Park, and the new Joe Gordy Dog park. A major portion of the trail is along the creek with great views of the water.
The parks and trails are open, with no fees to the public. Primitive camping within the E. O. Wilson Nature Adventure park is currently available for scouts and other group outings. On site, full function, bathroom facilities are also available. Pets on leash are welcome in the park and on the trails.
